That party takes the order, charges the card, packs the box, and ships it using whatever carrier, timeline, and shipping fee structure it has set up — not us, and not anything we have visibility into.
Shipping cost, delivery window, and carrier choice all vary from retailer to retailer, and sometimes from product to product on the same retailer's site.
